Is this the next credit crisis? An interesting picture by Zerohedge.

He has picked it off a Goldman report, which collected data from world bank.

Is it quantifiable?

The last time i was there, 2011. There were lots of empty stadiums in the south and tourist projects consists of large bill boards and empty parking lots filled with empty buses in the north. Many medium sized businesses are doctoring their accounting and too eager to use loans. Lots of empty office units in Nanjing and Dalian. In the North you often hear about cab drivers and gym people etc complaining about how America has real socialism with welfare, and how good the usa gov takes care of its people.
