Galt’s New Movie, from Victor Niederhoffer

She was the producer and did the hard work of financing this with two high price stars and bringing it into the can getting almost unanimous positive reviews almost opposite to the media bias. One is very proud of her.

Sir,
I am a small-time trader based in New Delhi. My hypothesis is that there would be sustainable system out there for a manual trader to combine Concentration with Energy (physical & mental) to be able to take trading decisions. Something like what Hugh Grant (Forrest Gump) would have done. Is this a possible system? What is the flaw in the hypothesis?

The concept is one that is gaining purchase as the population ages. One bought a speak-back toy for an elderly beloved relative when she was lonely and in an institution. she spoke to the feedback doll, and the toy ’spoke’ back to her. Though some would reject such an arrangement, in point of fact it was a fortifying device and made my elderly friend so much more happy. Some years ago, Spielberg made a beautiful film along a similar line, “AI,” which was an artificial child that had almost all the earmarks of a human boy, save that he could never die. It was in the end a heart-breaking film, one that i have seen numerous times, and which always evokes sadness and sympathetic tears.
