Party in the HamptonsBefore the match between Gilles Simon and Nadal, where Simon wanted to lose because that way he could see his newborn kid a day earlier, Nadal said something funny. "I'll buy him a ticket if he leaves before the match" (a default win) he said. It reminds me of the many times I've been at the palindrome's house during the end of the summer like today, where all the attendees at his party were long or short something and I was the only one the other way. I always wanted to picket the party or some such so the trillions of birthday boys and neighbors and school comrades there couldn't go to their wires the next day to go against me one more day, especially when romance had been in the air as it always was.
