    Here is a good link to traditional South Africa  foods and recipes. This interesting blog got me re-interested in the food they were eating and the experience of the trip. Maybe these guys are sampling some of these dishes.

    The recipe link can be found on this site's home page. There is much to be learned about Biltong, a jerky meat,
    a half cousin to BBQ since it can be flavored like BBQ then dried. There are also detailed instructions to make your own Biltong box. It seems pretty simple, a low tech 3-5 day process and you have your finished product.
