    My old boss always comes to town with the overseas perspective. They were down another 10% Oct-Mar on currency loss both in Europe and Japan, so we must look cheap now. It gives a whole new look as he flicks through their charts of U.S. companies.

    In general forigners invest in US assets for stability and receive a lower return while americans invest in forign assets for an increased return. The recent devaluation of the american peso allows forigners to invest for both high return and stability - if you assume that our country will continue to be politically stable and not go further off of the deep end in spending.
