If we gap down 15 points or more I'm a buyer. Such gaps, at times bonds are in an uptrend, are generally pretty good trades. Also, the Dollar Index ratio to S&P 500 is getting bullish for stocks.

For those among you who still doubt the poer of technical analysis.

Here’s a copy of the e-mail I sent to Larry and Mike last Wednesday night, proving that the S&P 500 futures market is predictable (not random or chaotic) to those who can best calculate the probability of its interim and long term extremes just before they occur.

George Boole’s 1854 masterpiece should be required reading for every hedge fund manager and Wall Street CEO, especially those who believe they really know how fear, greed and diffidence intertwine in the human mind.

Even though Boole has been dead for over 130-years, I’ve found he understood probability theory better than anyone in my lifetime.

Did anyone else you work with sense this turnaround, whether they used Boole or not?

    Regards,

    Larry,

S&P futures will begin a strong rally for the rest of this week and next.
